ANDREW F. COOPER is Associate Director and Distinguished Fellow at The Centre for International Governance Innovation and Professor of Political Science at the University of Waterloo, Canada. He has authored and edited many books published internationally, including his most recent work Celebrity Diplomacy.  BRIAN HOCKING is Professor of International Relations at Loughborough University, UK.  WILLIAM MALEY is Professor and Director of the Asia-Pacific College of Diplomacy at the Australian National University, Australia. He has been a Visiting Professor at the Russian Diplomatic Academy and a Visiting Research Fellow at Oxford University. His books include Rescuing Afghanistan and The Afghanistan Wars.
