Klein) is Citizenship After Trump: Democracy versus Authoritarianism in a Post-Pandemic Era (Routledge, 2022).Joel T. Shelton is Associate Professor of Political Science & Policy Studies at Elon University and Coordinator of the Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) program at Elon. He is the author of Conditionality and the Ambitions of Governance: Social Transformation in Southeastern Europe (Palgrave Macmillan, 2015), and co-author of Research and Writing in International Relations, 3rd ed (Routledge, 2020).
