Autorinformation
Dr. Brown is the director of the Adult Cystic Fibrosis Program and Associate Professor of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Indiana University.  She is an experienced clinician in the care of adults with CF, including transitional care, and has expertise in the conduct of clinical trials.  She sits on the Steering Committee for the CF Therapeutic Development Network, which provides oversight of clinical trials across CF Foundation-accredited clinical centers. She also mentors Dr. Crowley in the conduct of her research in the transition of CF patients from pediatric to adult care. 
 
Dr. Crowley was the associate director of the Adult Cystic Fibrosis Program and Assistant Professor of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Indiana University. Since the conception of this book, she has moved to Wyoming where she is now Clinical Lead in the Pulmonary Clinic. She plans to use her expertise in adult and pediatric medicine to provide pulmonary care to a range of patients in the state of Wyoming. She has a specific research focus on how social determinants of health affects outcomes in CF, specifically in individuals in transition from pediatric to adult health care.
