Alessandro Deserti is full professor of Product Design at Politecnico di Milano, Italy, where he also serves as director of the Design Department. He has published several books and articles in international journals, mainly dealing with the tools and processes for the design driven innovation, with particular reference to the transfer of design methods and tools to new fields of application.
