Produktinformation
Performance and fitness for martial arts and self-defense: The Performance Qualification Standard (short performance test or PQS) is a traditional training program with which Pahuyuth Free Warriors train their physical performance and fighting ability. In the context of Pahuyuth martial arts training, performance tests are not only used to meet the teaching and examination requirements or the general fitness and health of the participants. The regular execution of these tests should also help to develop the own selfishness to self-discipline and character maturity. The teaching methodology of Pahuyuth defines performance as the interaction of current reaction ability, physical abilities and endurance from which the current combat readiness results. Accordingly, there are three classes of performance tests (class 0,1 and 2), each covering one of the three above-mentioned performance focuses. The test booklet for the class o performance qualification standard contains 52 test sheets for the class o PQS (focus: physical abilities). Please note: The correct and safe performance of the PQS requires sufficient knowledge of the individual PQS exercises or the workout exercises of Pahuyuth. Since this is a test booklet for practical use, the exercises are not explained in detail here. Important note: The use of this test booklet and the implementation of the contents contained therein is expressly at your own risk. We recommend consulting a doctor before starting any sports or training activity. www.Pahuyuth.com
